I would recommend that you stay far away from this company. My move down to PE consisted of the following: Truck 5 hours late for pickup, arrived with casual labour (No moving experience), No blankets or bubblewrap(Paid for) in the truck. Used my blankets and sheets to attempt to cover goods and they are also ruined. Truck arrival in PE 6 hours late, casual labour off the street (No experience) used to offload the truck. Large amount of my items damaged in transit and now Vic (Who you can never get hold of) is avoiding my calls and refuses to compensate me. Do not use this company!

Working with this company was a literal nightmare. We scheduled the move for 8am, but could not get hold of Victor (contact person) until 12:30 that afternoon. Calls to all three of the contact numbers provided went straight to voicemail. Eventually we were contacted, and Victor said the driver would be there at 13:30. By 15:00 the driver had still not arrived. We were later told that Victor had forgotten to organise the driver for our move and had to make a last minute arrangement for a truck from Mpumalanga to do our move. Eventually the truck and movers showed up. They did not have enough blankets to cover our items and used my sheets and some of my carpets to lay on the floor of the truck (which they did not return and therefore stole). To make matters worse, it was raining that day (out of our control) and the rain water leaked into the truck and wet our belongings. When the driver arrived at the new house and offloaded, he demanded that we pay him in cash, which was never an arrangement as the deposit had been done via EFT. He became completely threatening and refused to leave. This business operates by pure thuggery and I urge you not to ever give them business/entrust them with your property or time.

We moved from Port Alfred to Pretoria on the 17th of October 2020. Our move was at short notice and we were let down by another company but Faithinaction Logistics save our day. The guys came in time as they had a truck going to Pretoria that day. Our stuff were neatly wrapped, securely packed and off they went. The following morning we got our stuff in their original state. No scratches or damages.

We don't even know where to start on this. First don't let the name fool you! They got us. PTA-CPT move for my Mother. HOLD RANSOM!! late pick up, 2 days late delivery, terrible truck conditions, half of the move is broken and other damaged, boxes drenched in fuel and oil, dropped a grand piano, inflated quote 4x AFTER COLLECTION, started at 27k ended up at 47,5k with no option, different truck arrived in CPT than loaded in PTA, paid for two trucks only one arrived in CPT with an uncovered trailer, 80% crockery broken.....the list gos on! My mother is heart broken. They will have answers for everything. The so called Mr Vic will answer for all this somewhere in his life. I don't wish this upon my worst enemy so I can't stress this enough....PLEASE STAY AWAY.

We moved our offices from Cape Town to Centurion in Gauteng. We used Faith In Action logistics. The team came a day before to provide the packing and wrapping. At first we were worried about some of the negative reviews we ready about the company online however we decided to take the gamble and risk.

The team provided a clean job they were so friendly and all our company was safely moved to Gauteng
